1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@sattva.com or +91-9754551185.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
- In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from what was described on the website
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Damage caused due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Orders where the return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
3. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request
- Email us at info@sattva.com within 7 days of receiving the order
- Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product
- Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card).
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for defective or wrongly delivered products only.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject to product availability at the time of exchange.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Buyer’s remorse (changed mind after purchase)
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
- Damage due to improper printer settings or user error
- Products bought during clearance or special sale
